This is the first edition of the ELON CHRON Top 10 and is based on the engagement and discussions on X over the last week that were also covered in ELON CHRON.

If you are not aware, ELON CHRON is a daily news chronicle focused on each of Elon Musk's (@elonmusk) companies; Tesla, SpaceX, The Boring Company, Neuralink, X, and xAI. It also covers DOGE and random interesting Elon news. The selections below are based on the views, likes, and replies to related X posts across the X community tallied by Grok in correlation to ELON CHRON updates.

#10. DOGE

MSM has been reporting that Edward Coristine (@as400495), aka 'Big Balls' and Neuralink prodigy, had resigned from DOGE. Edward set the record straight... just like the Wolf of Wallstreet. Per Edward, "I'm not fuckin leaving!"

#9. X

The NFL Top 100 series is transitioning to an X Original and will premier this Monday, the 30th of June. It relies on a 15-year peer-voted ranking system that targets X’s 50 million NFL-affiliated followers. It will be bolstered by the 2025 NFL Draft’s 1 million authors and 6 million posts. This is a digital-first, short-form approach, that blends NFL Films’ archival footage with live commentary. X hopes it will tap into a study shows 68% of 18-34-year-olds prefer social media over cable for sports content. It will air weekdays at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. ET through the 29th of August, with the top 10 revealed live on the 1st of September at 8 p.m. ET on NFL Network.

#8. THE BORING COMPANY

Vegas LOOP updates by Michel (@Mic_VegasSphere) show that TBC has accelerated the tunneling along Paradise Road as massive amounts of tunnel wall sections are staged, moving into tunnels, and more being delivered. A new station is being called Firefly and a new TBM just dug a test tunnel in Bastrop!

#7. STARLINK

T-Mobile will wind down their Direct-to-Cell beta starting next month and officially launch their paid Starlink program, T-Satellite, on the 23rd of July for text messaging. Starting the 1st of October, T-Mobile plans to enable data connectivity, and the carrier is says they are working with a "select group of top developers to bring satellite-optimized apps to T-Satellite customers." The current list of developers includes AccuWeather, AllTrails, Apple, Google, WhatsApp and X.

#6. SPACEX

SpaceX announced they have retired Dragon Recovery Vessel Megan, named after astronaut Megan McArthur. She was chartered by SpaceX in 2016 for fairing recovery, then later modified to recover Dragon Capsules. She aided the U.S. return to human spaceflight with the Demo-2 mission, and has recovered a total of 24 astronauts. The Crew-9 recovery in March was her last mission. Last week, Megan sailed to Louisiana for retirement from the SpaceX fleet (pic). "Fair winds and following seas."

#5. xAI

xAI's Colossus facility in Memphis had 3rd party independent air quality tests commissioned by the City of Memphis from the 13th to the 16th of June. All tests showed levels were either too low to detect or well below established safety thresholds near the data center. This counters local opposition driving by the NAACP and Democrat politicians using enviro race fear tactics.

#4. SPACEX

Crew Dragon Grace and the Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4) crew successfully docked with the International Space Station. This mission includes over 60 experiments from 31 countries.

#3. xAI

Elon announced xAI is developing Grok 4, a coding-focused AI model, with a release planned just after July 4, 2025. Per Elon, "Grinding on Grok all night with the xAI team. Good progress. Will be called Grok 4. Release just after July 4th. Needs one more big run for a specialized coding model."

#2. TESLA

Tesla completed the first fully autonomous delivery of a Model Y from factory to customer! This was done without a single human being in the vehicle and no interventions. Truly a historic moment. The Model Y drove from Giga Texas to a customer’s home in Austin, ~30 minutes away. It navigated highways and city streets at speeds up to 72 mph. Customer Jose (@Jagarzaf) shared photos.

#1. NEURALINK

The 2025 Neuralink Update took the top spot this week. We were giving so much information by Elon, DJ Seo, and the Team, on Telepathy, Blindsight, and much more of which blew our minds.

First, we found out that there is now a total of 7 patient now with the Telepathy implant. They have accelerated the implant process from 3 total in 2024 to 4 already in 2025 and we are only half way through the year. One patient is using Convoy, the ability that will soon allow the control of an Optimus hand, and over time, the entire robot.

We were also introduced to their next-gen surgical robot that implants the BCI threads in 1.5 seconds (vs. 17 seconds), works with 99% of people, reaches >50mm depth, and uses a 95% cheaper needle cartridge.
